Tastes, aroma’s, freshness and innovation are the principle ingredients of the Belair Hotel cuisine, which is rich in variety and incorporates the many typical products of the Campania region.

We accompany you on a culinary journey to discover the treasures of our region, with tastings and traditional dinners.

Our hotel has for many years had highly qualified chefs, who continually research new tastes and ingredients. Master pasta-makers and pastry chefs transform traditions into tasteful good food!

Our cuisine is typically Mediterranean but with a touch of innovation and fantasy that gives it an appreciatively unique flavour.

Our chefs are attentive of the preparation of dishes adapted to guests with particular dietary problems such as alimentary intolerances, celiacs, alimentary allergies or vegetarians.

Breakfast: To begin the day in the right spirit, enjoy a buffet breakfast which is served from 07:00 – 10:00, with sweet pastries made to homemade recipes, coldmeat selection, bacon and eggs, yoghurt, various cereals and unlimited hot and cold beverages, all providing you with the right energy to get the day going in a splendid manner!

Lunch: Every day from 12:00 to 14:00 we serve a light menu appetisingly prepared with different salads, pizza’s, pasta salads, rice salad, prosciutto and mozzarella.

Dinner: Every evening from 19:00 to 21:00 under the guidance of our chefs, different menu’s are explored with fantasy and inventiveness - traditional dishes are married with Napoletan cuisine, such as ‘Tubettone Chiummenzana’ and ‘Pasta and Potato with Scamorza cheese’, and each plate is created to satify the most refined palates.

Gala Dinner: It is habitual for the Belair Hotel to organise a Gala dinner where everyone gathers in the hall in which a refined dinner is prepared and served exclusively for the occasion. The elegantly dressed guests all contribute in creating a romantic atmosphere.
